Happy Friday Everyone!
I hope that everyone has had a great week and is looking forward to the weekend. We had our first heatwave in the greater Toronto area this week. I can't remember a June that was so hot. The weekend is going to be great weather but not so humid.
We received another update today from our Realtor! The word from the listing agent is that things are progressing and that there is still some money to be negotiated between the seller and the bank. The Realtor reports that the listing agent hinted that the bank is about to send the approval letter.
We are hoping to have more news next week! It would be great if we could piggy back a trip to Florida with our already planned vacation. Well I'm off to get some quotes updated! If the end of this journey is indeed drawing near I better be prepared to run with it when the time comes!
