Happy first day of summer everyone!
It's hot here in Southern Ontario today, we're in the middle of a mini (3 day) heat wave. It's 36 degrees right now in my backyard and with humidity it's well into the 40's. It's like Florida in July!
We got a quick e-mail update from our Realtor yesterday. He has received an update from the seller that she has been given the OK for the payoff. Sounds good but no one is quite sure what that means! The general consensus is that it is positive. We've sent off another signed extension for the house and we have our fingers crossed that this will be the last.
I want to get excited and start gearing up to move quickly on the things we'll need to do once we get the okay but I find it difficult to do it. I have everything in place I just need the house. I probably should e-mail or call the insurance company and have a new quote sent just because it's been a few months. Otherwise I'll sit back, and wait.
