You'll Never Guess what we Did Today!

We had a lot of snow here in southern Ontario today. Somewhere between 20-30 centimetres, and even though we shovelled this morning (1.5 hours) it looks like we didn't even lift a shovel.  We have friends in Jamaica right now and others leaving for Florida tomorrow. When will we ever get to go...
After all the outdoor fun we did something unexpected. Something we just didn't think we would do.
We put offers on 2 more houses. Crazy, maybe...keeping our options open, definitely. 

Both offers are for almost identical houses. One has a much smaller pool and is not at the top of our list, but we are not feeling optimistic about our original offer which has been stagnant for a year. Same resort community, each house is just on a different street.  These houses though, are regular sales, no short sale and closing would be in  a months time. 

Both sellers need to respond by Monday so only time will tell. I'll leave you with a picture that reminds me of warmer times. (Universal Studios)
