The Money Went Where?

Today the bank was anxiously trying to get a hold of my husband.  It seems that the wire transfer we sent to the title company in Florida didn't go through.  Since I was home I cross checked the wire confirmation with the instructions we got from the title company. Everything matched.  Instead of calling our real estate agent I opted to call the title company directly.  It turns out they sent the wrong account information. Luckily our money didn't end up in someones account by accident!

Now that we have that straightened out, I'm onto the next task on our preparation list for the new house.  Home Inspectors!  What to get inspected...the house in general, look out for pesky termites and perhaps wind mitigation.  The last one is the one I'm not sure about...will the insurance savings make up for the cost of the inspection???? So off  I go to e-mail some more companies-1840 sq ft house, built 2000, in a great neighbourhood, pool with waterfall spa....

Any suggestions on who to call or advise on what to do will be welcomed!
